About me
Hi, I’m Emi-lee, an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Sports Dietitian, helping people perform at their best through nutrition and movement.
At Rise & Nourish Dietitian, I provide evidence-based nutrition, individualised strategies, and guidance for a positive relationship with food and exercise.
My love for sport started young, through dancing and grew with a range of other sports. I ran my first Half Marathon at 15 years old, and since then I’ve completed marathons, a 50km ultra and a Half Ironman. I continue to compete in distance running and triathlon events, and after volunteering my time with the AFL Brisbane Lions and NRL Dolphins in 2024, my passion for high-performance sport grew even stronger.
